I'm loving this pie......a little too much. I'm so glad we're going on a bike ride tonight :)
Whipped Cream Cheese Pie
8 ounce block cream cheese, softened
1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
8 ounce container Cool Whip,thawed
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 graham cracker crust, homemade
When cream cheese has softened, mash gently with fork. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk ( I use La Lechera sweetened condensed milk). With electric mixer, beat until creamy. Gently fold in whipped topping with rubber spatula. Add lemon juice and mix until well combined.
Spoon in prepared graham cracker crust. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Keep refrigerated.
Graham Cracker Crust (recipe on box)
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (box mix)
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 TB sugar
Mix together in small bowl and press in spring form pan. Bake 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Let cool completely.
