This is one of the easiest little cakes around. It's so moist and with the addition of cream cheese frosting it's absolutely wonderful.
1 package devils's food cake
1 small package instant chocolate pudding
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
4 large eggs
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
Combine cake mix, pudding, sour cream, vanilla, eggs, water and oil. Mix until well combined. Gently stir in mini chocolate chips.
Pour in sprayed bundt pan and bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cake springs back and pulls away from sides.
Cool completely and frost with cream cheese frosting below. Sprinkle with extra chocolate chips :)
Cream Cheese Frosting
1 8 ounce cream cheese
3/4 cups butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pound powdered sugar
Combine butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla until well combined. Gradually add powdered sugar. Mix until fluffy. Frost cake just on the top or all around if you like. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips, chocolate shavings or your favorite sprinkle candy topping.
