2 9 ounce packages refrigerated cheese-filled ravioli
1 1/2 pounds ground turkey burger
1 yellow onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
Cook ravioli according to package directions and drain, return to pan and keep warm.
Meanwhile, brown turkey burger, onion, garlic, salt and pepper until meat is brown. Stir in undrained tomatoes, soup, seasoning and oregano. Stir in ravioli.
Transfer to ungreased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with cheeses and Bake 375 degrees, uncovered for 20 minutes or until heated through.
