12-14 Rhodes white dinner rolls (frozen)
1 small package cook and serve butterscotch pudding (not instant)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup pecans
1 cube butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
Spray Bundt pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle pecans in bottom of pan. Arrange frozen dinner rolls on top of pecans.
Melt butter in microwave safe bowl. Add brown sugar, cinnamon and pudding. Stir until well combined. Pour over rolls and place in COLD oven before bed.
In the morning, turn oven to 325 degrees and bake 30 minutes (no need to preheat oven). Let cool for 10 minutes and invert on plate. (about 6 to 7 hours to rise).
Note: To be safe, you may place a baking sheet with a bit of water under Bundt pan in case your butterscotch mixture spills over.
