I'm not too much of a cake mix cookie person. However, these did catch my eye a little. Must be the pink.....well, and maybe the chocolate chips.
We LOVED them----so cute for Valentine's Day! Found this sweet recipe on Pinterest. I'm always pinning yummy desserts---mostly desserts.

Strawberry Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 box Strawberry Cake Mix, I used Betty Crocker
2 eggs, room temperature
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups chocolate chips
Whisk together cake mix and baking powder. Gradually add eggs, oil and vanilla. Mix until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Add a few extras on the top, if desired.
Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop about 2 TB of dough on baking stone or cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cookies will just begin to crack a little, do not allow them to brown. Leave on baking stone for a few minutes, transfer to wire rack to cool.
Store in airtight container.
