Here's another smoothie recipe---an oldie but a goody. Good for your skin!
Chocolate Milk Green Tea Smoothie
1 cup low fat chocolate milk (I used SILK Dark Chocolate milk)
1/4 cup green tea, brewed and cooled
1 1/2 cups mixed berries, raspberries, strawberries and blueberries
Blend until smooth :)
