Honey BBQ Buffalo Wings
2 chicken breasts, cut in bite size pieces
1 cup flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 cup milk
Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce
In shallow bowl or large plate whisk together flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
In small bowl, whisk egg and milk until combined.
Dip chicken in egg mixture and then flour. Repeat.
Add vegetable oil to frying pan and cook chicken on medium heat, until chicken is no longer pink and coating is golden brown.
Drain in batches on paper towels.
Coat with BBQ sauce of your choice.
Serve with ranch dressing and celery sticks
