Creamy Taco Soup
2 pounds ground turkey burger
1 small onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
sprinkle of season salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 14 ounce cans white chili beans, drained
2 14 ounce diced tomatoes with green chilies
4 cups chicken broth
1 envelope ranch dressing mix
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
8 ounce block cream cheese, softened
In large pan, brown turkey burger with season salt, pepper, onions and garlic. Cook until no longer pink.
Add chili beans, tomatoes, chicken broth, ranch mix and taco mix. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add cream cheese the last 30 minutes of cooking. Stir to combine.
You can also brown your turkey burger and then throw everything in the crock pot and cook on low for 2-4 hours. Just add your cream cheese in the last 30 minutes and stir to combine.
Top with cheese and tortilla chips if desired :)
