You can also add cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg and other spices to make it completely different.
3/4 cup butter, softened (not melted)
1/4 cup honey
Combine butter and honey. Beat on high with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Serve with cornbread, scones or rolls.
Store covered in refrigerator.
