Easy Banana Cream Pie
1 3.5 ounce package vanilla instant pudding
1 3.5 ounce package banana instant pudding
2 1/2 cups milk
12 ounce container cool whip,thawed
1 ready made graham cracker crust
Slice 1 banana in bottom of graham cracker pie crust. Set aside.
Combine milk and pudding mix. Beat with an electric mixer about 3 minutes or until pudding starts to set. Fold in 2 cups cool whip and 1 sliced banana.
Pour pudding over pie crust and sliced bananas.
Refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 to 4 hours.
Frost with remaining cool whip and top with banana slices if desired.
*Tip* Spritz banana slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
*Note* You may have a little extra pudding that won't fit in your graham cracker crust. Add to parfait cups and top with cream for a special treat :)
