Strawberry Nectarine Jam
4 cups nectarines, peeled, pitted and chopped
4 cups strawberries, hulled and chopped
7 cups sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
Add fruit to large pot and add lemon juice. Gradually stir in sugar until combined.
Bring mixture to a boil and reduce heat simmering for 1 hour. Stir frequently until you get a jam like consistency.
Pour in sterilized-hot jars, adding sterilized lids and rings.
Process in water bath for 15 minutes.
