Spaghetti Squash

salt and pepper to taste
Cut spaghetti squash in half, lengthwise and remove seeds and pulp.
Place squash rind side up in 9 x 13 baking dish filled with 1/2 inch water.
Bake 400 degrees for 1 hour.
Let cool for 10 to 15 minutes and remove squash strands with a fork.
Place in casserole dish, topping with butter, salt and pepper to taste :)
Tip: These freeze very well. Cook squash, shred or cut up and place in freezer bags for up to 6 months. Great for side dishes, pastas and soups :)
