I found this incredibly easy Raspberry Jam recipe. You can also use this same method for your other berry jams too.
4 cups mashed red raspberries
4 cups sugar
Using a very large pot, heat mashed berries until they reach a full rolling boil.
Boil 2 minutes.
Add sugar, stirring well. Bring to boil, stirring constantly, boil for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Beat with electric mixture for 4 minutes.
Pour in sterilized jars and seal.
You'll have Perfect easy jam with only two ingredients! Pectin free :)
