One of our weekend favorites, my husband's famous Chicken Dinner.
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. dried onions
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
In large baking dish in 425 degree oven melt butter.
Meanwhile, in small bowl combine flour, salt, paprika, dried onion and pepper. Coat chicken breasts evenly with mixture.
In baking dish, place chicken in melted butter. Bake 30 minutes. Turn chicken and bake an additional 15 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy......the perfect "Comfort Meal".
