I was goofing around in the kitchen and had a few chicken breasts that I wasn't sure what to do with :)
I came up with this.......so EASY and it turned out so GOOD!
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 10 ounce can green chile enchilada sauce
2 TB dried minced onions
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 TB chili powder
6 large flour tortillas
colby/jack shredded cheese
Place chicken breasts in crock pot. Sprinkle with garlic powder, pepper, onions and chili powder.
Pour chile verde sauce on top.
Cook on low for 6 hours. Shred chicken with two forks and stir.
Cook on low for an additional hour.
Warm flour tortillas and top with chicken verde, cheese and sour cream.
