This is one of the first dessert recipes I got from my dear friend Marilyn.
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
4 tsp. melted butter
1 pound milk chocolate chips
candy mold or brown paper candy cups
Combine peanut butter, powdered sugar and butter. Stir until smooth. Roll into little balls. Set aside.
In microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips, stirring every 30 seconds until chips are melted.
Pour small amount of milk chocolate into mold or candy cups. Drop in peanut butter ball. Fill to top with chocolate.
Place in freezer until set.
You can even melt a few peanut butter chips like I did and swirl with a toothpick.
I used my peanut butter cup candy mold and then placed my peanut butter cups in candy cup papers when they were set :) Cute as can be!
Now if I knew how to make the peanut butter eggs they have around Easter time I would be one happy gal :)
