1 pound ground beef or turkey burger
1/2 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. italian seasoning
2 cups spaghetti sauce
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
12 lasagna noodles, cooked
1 package mozarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parmesean cheese, shredded
8 ounce cream cheese
1/4 cup parmesean cheese, shredded
Cook lasagna noodles until ala dente. Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, cook turkey burger, onions, mushrooms, garlic and seasonings. Cook until no longer pink and drain.
In small bowl combine cream cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
Layer half of your lasagna noodles in skillet. Spread cream cheese mixture over noodles.
Top with half of sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Repeat ending with Parmesan.
Cook on medium-low heat with lid on, just until cheese melts.
