I found this recipe at my friend Sally's blog "My Homemade Life". We've become fast friends and we have so much in common.
Thanks for the recipe Sally! They are wonderful :) Don't forget to check out Sally's recipe blog for lots more fabulous recipes!
1 tube Pillsbury crescent dough
4 ounce can sliced jalapenos
1 8 ounce package cream cheese
1 TB sugar
In small bowl mash cream cheese and stir in sugar and jalapenos. Set aside.
Place two of your triangle crescents together and pinch together to form a rectangle.
Spread half of your cream cheese mixture on dough and roll into log. Repeat with other two triangles, using remaining cream cheese mixture. Cut each log into 16 pieces.
Each log will make 16 jalapeno poppers. You will have 32 poppers when you're finished.
Bake on greased baking sheet 375 degrees for 13 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
Don't forget to make it special for the little ones :)
See you soon.......
