I found this recipe over at Tasty Kitchen and adapted it for our family.
The little bow-ties are so cute :)
1 pound ground beef or turkey burger
1 onion, chopped
5 cups Bow Tie Noodles
3 cups spaghetti sauce
1 TB olive oil
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
½ cups sour cream
Brown ground burger with salt, pepper and onions until no longer pink.
Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions.
After noodles are cooked, drain and drizzle with olive oil. Mix in your spaghetti sauce.
Add your burger, seasonings, cheeses, and sour cream. Fold together and allow it all to combine and melt together, over low heat, for about 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Add a salad and garlic bread for a sweet Italian Dinner :)
