1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup butter, melted
3 TB sugar
3 8 ounce packages cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix crumbs, butter and sugar until well combined. Press in 13 x 9 baking pan.
Mix cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs;mix until blended and pour over crust.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate overnight. Cut into bars and decorate. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
I actually doubled this recipe and used my bar pan. I had a lot of the cream cheese mixture left over, so I just made a little round cheesecake too :)
