6 to 8 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and shredded
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cube butter, melted
3 green onions, diced
1/2 cup colby jack cheese
1 1/2 cups corn flakes, crushed
1 cup colby jack cheese
In large bowl stir together potatoes, onions, sour cream, butter, cheese and cream of chicken soup. Pour in 9 x 13 pan and bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
In large zip lock bag crush corn flakes with rolling pin. Add cheese. Pour over potatoes and bake an additional 6 minutes.
