I found this delicious recipe over at family favorite recipes. It's one of the best chocolate chip/peanut butter combinations I've tried :)
1 1/4 cups flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 large egg, room temperature
1 TB milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 TB sugar for rolling
In large bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
Combine peanut butter and butter in large bowl until smooth. Add sugars until well combined. Add egg, mixing well. Add milk and vanilla.
Gradually add flour mixture, until well combined. Stir in chocolate and peanut butter chips.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls into the sugar, then onto ungreased cookie sheet. Using a fork, lightly indent with criss-cross pattern. Do not flatten cookie, just press lightly.
Bake 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes, do not overbake.
Cool for 1 minute and transfer to cooking rack, cool completely.
