When I first started my job, I met this wonderful guy named Gordon. He would always bring us his tasty BBQ creations.
You will love these spicy hot wings, so good for game day and summer BBQ's.
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. flour
wings or chicken cutlets
1 bottle Famous Dave's BBQ sauce
Combine spices and flour in large re-sealable bag. Shake until well combined. I usually triple this recipe so I can have lots of appetizers. Add wings and shake until well coated.
Place wings in sprayed 9 x 13 pan. Drizzle with melted butter (to your discretion) and brush with BBQ sauce. Bake 450 for 10 minutes. Turning and brushing again with BBQ sauce and bake an additional 10 minutes or until done.
Combine 1 cup ranch with 1 TB chili powder and use as a dipping sauce. Takes the edge off a little. These babies are HOT! :)
