2 tubes Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 large bottle Famous Dave's BBQ sauce
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
2 cups colby/jack shredded cheese
1 cup ranch dressing
1 tsp. chili powder
1 TB scallions, chopped
Boil 2 to 3 chicken breasts in pan of pan of water, a few onion slices, salt and bay leaf. Cook 1 hour. Remove and cube or shred chicken.
Spread crescent dough on rectangular baking stone or cookie sheet. (spray with cooking spray). Bake 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Combine chicken and enough BBQ sauce to coat. Spread a generous amount of BBQ sauce over crescent dough. Add chicken mixture, crumbled bacon and sprinkle with cheese.
Set oven to broil and cook until cheese melts.....about a minute. Remove from oven and sprinkle with scallions.
Combine ranch and chili powder. Drizzle over top if desired. Cut in squares :)
